misteravid: I have always hated the way we report news. It is vastly unfair to Muslims. As I said in a previous post: It pains my ear how they report such things on local news too, if a crime was committed by a Muslim, they are quick to point it out like “Isang Muslim ang nangholdap ng banko!” yet we never hear “isang Kristayano ang nang rape ng bata!”. It’s stupid & irresponsible.

ME : Sabi sakin ni Teacher, palagi ka daw tumatayo, naglalakad at ngiikot sa buong klasrum! Bakit?!

GEB: eh kasi Mama...

ME : Di ba nagusap na tayo, na magbebehave ka sa skul, hindi ka na magiingay o tatayo o mangiistorbo ng mga kaklase mo? Anong nangyari? Nakalimutan mo na??

GEB: eh kasi Mama marami ako potential energy na naiipon sa katawan kaya kailangan ko i-use up para maging kinetic energy. tsaka nabo-bore po ako pag naka-upo, naiisip ko ang pag-upo ay para lang sa mga taong tamad at mga taong pagod. eh hindi naman po ako tamad o pagod, kaya tumatayo po ako palagi.
